Availability and Prices

Prices per week, groups of 18 people or until 14 people.

In order to confirm a booking a 30% of the total rent cost is required. Another 30% is required two (2) months before entrance and the rest at the entrance.
Payment can be made through bank transfers or other electronic payment method like Revolut or Wise.

A Security Deposit of 900,00 € is required*. The deposit minus a possible reduction retained for loss, penalty, cleaning or damage and others, shall be returned after 7 labour days of check out.(* If within the group there are no adults of age 30 or older, the deposit will be 2.000€).

There is a final cleaning cost of 475,00 €

The Swimming pool, due to weather condition, is open from June 1st. to September 30th.

Changeover: Saturdays ( it may be flexible depending on existing bookings).

Check in time: 17:00 hours.
Check out time: 10:00 hours due to changeover.

Nuevespigas defines itself as zone of NON SMOKERS and requests this norm to be respected.

Animals are not allowed whit in Nuevespigas.

The Villa offers Wi-fi.

A/C & Central Heating. Nuevespigas gives as a courtesy, at no cost, a daily and/or weekly amount equivalent to the reasonable use of A/C and/or Central Heating. This amount usually covers the entire A / C expense. There is a meter that facilitates at all times what is the cost incurred daily. In case there is a possible difference is paid upon departure. This measure in given taking into consideration the high cost of electricity and that there are 12 A/C equipments.

Cancellation Policy.

For cancellations of more than two (2) months in advance there will a charge of 30% of the total rental. For cancellations within 8 weeks before the start of the rental period, 60% of the rental due
